What the Text Highlights feature does:

Just what it says it does! And clearly, we are a huge fan of this feature because we use it a lot. Too much? Maybe. But we like fun things, so it’s justified.

We love that you can change the color of the highlight itself, and you can add this styling to any text style - headers, paragraphs, and monospace. You can also choose to animate the highlight and adjust the thickness.
What the LiveChat Integration does:
LiveChat is now an official Squarespace Extension - which means you can easily add third-party extensions to help you add functionality to your site, manage business needs, and more!
LiveChat lets you chat with your customers in real-time and asynchronously on your website. They have an incredible list of features — here are a few favorites:
Customizable chat widget
Connect to a knowledge base to offer self-help before you enter a real-time chat
Reporting and analytics that may provide insights on how to improve customer service (and sales)
“Eye-catchers” — small animations that help grab a visitor’s attention to the chat box, a great way to point out offers and sales!
What the new Order Status Page does:
Squarespace added this feature to help merchants reduce unnecessary communication requests regarding customer orders, tracking, etc.
