You may not need to reschedule as our appointments don’t require you to “show up.” We ask that clients are available during their booking time but that’s in case a question arises we may be able to get an answer from you faster.

The scheduling system allows you to cancel your own appointments, just click on cancel in your confirmation email.
If you need to cancel after booking, we will refund your payment minus a $30 non-refundable fee. We are unable to offer refunds on Set Up Services since the fee is less than the $30 fee.
